Kung fu

Kung Fu Toa is a classic martial art which includes several fighting styles such as:

- Classic kung fu
- Animal styles
- Use of weapons
- Self defense

The training includes physical as well as mental conditioning by traditional workout, improvement of stamina, basic techniques, exercises in form, classic combat, animal-style combat, free-fighting, mental training etc.

We have a special Advanced Kung Fu class, which we are very proud of. In the gallery you can see pictures of team members and also some pictures of, amongst others, the trainer and club owner.
